FIGHTS

CENARETURN 25

NOTTINGHAM ENGLAND

Anyone who says Cena doesn't go down well should've been there tonight because there were thousands of people of all ages with his merch on and he was the most over guy on the show by a far distance.

Main event : John Cena vs The Miz (WWE Title match)
MUCH better than their Wrestlemania match. It went longer, featured A-Ri getting ejected from ringside, and loads of big moves and near falls. Towards the end, Riley came back out, caused a DQ by hitting Cena with a briefcase, only for Sin Cara to come back and make the save. Cena delivered the Attitude Adjustment to A-Ri and Cara followed it up with a (botched) springboard moonsault to send everyone home happy. Cena and Cara did numerous moves to Riley before posing and leaving.

CARDIFF WALES

A decent 20 minute long main event match that was preceded by a promo from Miz. The WWE Champion did his usual thing on the microphone by saying how he keeps improving and proving people wrong as Alex Riley reinforced his words. The babyfaces and heels went back and forth to a spot which involved referee Justin King being knocked out by Punk. Riley attempted to get involved in the match as the ref was down but his actions ultimately caused Cena and Orton to hit the AA and RKO simultaneously on Miz and Punk. King was back up at that point and was able to count the 1-2-3. The victors then posed for pictures, signed autographs and embraced the crowd to send the WWE Universe in Cardiff home happy.
